In the past, Fiona had worked in the Exploration Division for an Oil Company in Venezuela for over 20 years before with AQ Contracting LLC. Fiona provides logistical and technical support on all special projects while assisting with various activities, conferences and meetings. Being extremely flexible and hands-on with most tasks around the office, Fiona’s skills include customer service, problem-solving, managing, organization.
Dana is a United States Marine Corps Veteran, serving over 24 years of active duty. After retirement from the Marine Corps, he joined Lowes as a Millwork Sales Specialist 3.5 years.
His vast knowledge in windows and doors played a vital part in the success in sales and installations throughout the Norfolk area. He also assists some of our installers with particular projects. Some of Dana’s skills are detail oriented, great customer service, and very responsible.

Claudia has owned a family construction business in Colombia for over 38 years where she also earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Ms. Artistizabal obtained her Master’s Degree of Business Administration from Old Dominion University here in Virginia.
Claudia has over 34 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. Being a cross-functional team leader, Artistizabal has combined work experience in marketing, sales, real estate, as well as acquisition, development, and construction. Artistizabal created AQ Contracting LLC, and partnered with a utility company in 2008 and is now partnered with Lowes and Home Depot. Claudia takes pride in her work and provides impeccable customer service, proving the extensive scope of responsibility, success and track record of delivering optimal results in high-growth environments through initiatives that exceed operational performance targets. Claudia actively participates in project master planning and designs, standing alone in the industry building a unique umbrella of companies AQ Realty, AQ Contracting and AQ Roofing.
